**BMI Calculator – **used to estimate a healthy body weight based on a person’s height, assuming an average body composition**. **

BMI below 17.5 may indicate the person has anorexia nervosa or a related disorder

BMI lower than 18.5 suggests the person is underweight.

BMI of 18.5 to 25 may indicate optimal weight.

BMI above 25 may indicate the person is overweight.

BMI above 30 suggests the person is obese (over 40, morbidly obese).

**Body Fat Calculator – **Body fat is calculated by weighting different measurements on your body and then using those weighted numbers to come up with a body fat percentage.** **

**Carbohydrate Calculator – **The daily carbohydrate amount needed is calculated by determining your daily caloric needs. Once your caloric needs are found, we divide by 4 (4 calories per gram of carbohydrates) and then multiply by .55 (the approximate percentage of your diet which should be carbs).

**Ideal Weight Calculator – **Your ideal body weight is calculated using the United States Department of Human Health and Services’ normal BMI range. An ideal BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9, so your ideal weight is calculated by determine what weights will put you in the correct BMI range.

**Protein Calculator – **About 10 to 35% of your diet should be protein, so the daily protein amount needed is calculated by determining your daily caloric needs, then dividing by 4 (4 calories per gram of protein) and then multiplying by .225 (the approximate percentage of your diet which should be protein).

**WHtR Calculator – **The WHtR Calculator calculates the waist to height ratio for a body size and body fat measurement that is said to be an even better measurement than calculating BMI (Body Mass Index). - Ratio 35 to 42: Extremely Slim
- Ratio 42 to 49: Healthy
- Ratio 49 to 54: Overweight
- Ratio 54 to 58: Seriously Overweight
- Ratio over 58: Extremely Obese

**Males**
